Receive a quotation
Your quotation shows the product price, sourcing fee, collection and delivery costs, estimated timeline and any other applicable charges.
Approve and arrange payment
Review your quotation on your tracking page and approve it online. Purchasing proceeds according to the agreed payment terms.
Purchase and collect
Once approved and paid as agreed, we coordinate the purchase and collection from the supplier.
Delivery to you
Your product is delivered or handed over as agreed. Track every step — from enquiry to delivery — on your request page.

Product availability, supplier pricing, sourcing fees and delivery timelines are confirmed case by case. Purchases go ahead only after the quotation and payment arrangements have been approved.
We do not accept requests for restricted products or purchases that cannot be lawfully fulfilled.
